This course teaches how to identify confined spaces, the risks associated with confined spaces, preparation prior to entering a confined space, choosing the right safety equipment, testing the air, communication, as well as first aid rescue and other response methods. |

This course is not designed to provide the skills needed to enter confined spaces that are Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health ( IDLH spaces ). |
