This WorkSafeBC course covers all emergency medical techniques considered to be within the responsibility of the First Aid Attendant providing emergency care in industry within 20 minutes surface travel time to a Hospital.

Level 2 First Aid is designed for any industry that has quick and easy access by Ambulance. The Level 2 program parallels the Level 3 course objectives excluding lower leg splinting and transportation of supine patients.

- How to assess, manage and identify medical referral for soft tissue injuries.

- How to identify and manage head, brain, and spinal injuries for conscious patients and patients with a decreased level of consciousness.
